Assistant Exterior Project Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

Understanding of contracts

Onsite with sub-contractors for quality control

Entering info into our database

Maintain customer contact through installation and post installation

Work 8am-5pm

Properly assess change orders

Attend weekly meetings

Qualifications

-Experience in the exterior remodeling industry (Windows, Siding, Roofing)

-Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

-3 years exterior construction experience (Windows, Siding, Roofing)

-Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
